I will definitely hit up a couple of you for some help when it comes time to organise this. I am leaning to some form of private property or venue to do this so we can sit and have a beer and visit as well as do some trading. I am also going to check out places like the Namao community centre that has a large parking area and ball diamonds, plus indoor option if the weather turns foul. With a little work I think there are lots of options close to town to keep driving distances down.

I am all for it.

Maybe you should consider rotating the venue. That way you can access more people and show off more ranges.

I would think that pretty much anything outdoor related would be of interest to those attending.

As long as it doesn't turn into one of those gong shows (pun intended) where you pay $10 or $15 to get in and the stalls are full of old (not antique) stuff that someone found in their attic and wants to sell at above retail price.

You clearly have the right user name. If you read the thread you would not post the nonsense you did. Crawl back under your bridge. How is it that on a Board that has 99% good guys these types still want to try to derail stuff.

Gees - I already said I am all for it - just expressing thoughts on why guns shows aren't as good as they used to be.

For your info I got that moniker while in the Air Force. It has been with me a lot longer than most of you have been around.

Sorry. I missed your first post completely. All I saw was the second one. Can't edit my other comment any more so best I can do is apologize.

I actually did some checking around, trying to find a venue that didn't cost an arm and a leg and was semi handi proved to be a much bigger problem than I had anticipated. With Covid, and it still being on the go, places either aren't renting or their charges for cleaning etc are right through the roof.

If the mods would allow a response above this thread, to see what the table numbers would be or even how many would come to this sale

For me just depends how many people are willing to attend and how many tables needed, as I could host this event, but need to know numbers before i say yes to this, if everyone is willing to come just outside Camrose, and I could sleep a few here also, there would be a cost for power and water.

I second this.

This could probably happen in a Cabelas parking lot, but maybe I’m under thinking things as usual. A couple hours maybe max, or I could make an ad, might be just as good. A meet up would be more fun.

We had one at Wholesale Sports south side a few years back and it was lots of fun!
