Those seats are not that good. You spend the game looking at the coach's butt. If you're behind the visitor's bench, sometimes the players will stand up and you will see next to nothing. The odour is pretty bad. So's the language if you're sensitive to that kind of stuff.

It's interesting to sit there once to see the action on the bench.

Crap why are they skipping to Wed? That sucks, I fly home from work that night. Well guess I will need to scoot to a bar and catch what I can.
Lovin playoff hockey.

That certainly wasn't Talbot's night. Not that he played overly bad, just couldn't get a bounce. I have always wondered why Coaches don't have an imposed limit on goals. Not many games are won letting 4 or more goals in. After the 4th goal tonight it was clear that Talbot was fighting the puck. Might have been a good time for a change, but it is a lot easier to "armchair quarterback" the game after the fact.

Didn't need to watch it, just read Bessie's posts here, settle down, ha.
Oil will do better in game 4.

That must have been emotional to watch the Oilers go down 3, then come back, then give up another 3 and lose. I feel bad for you guys... and by "feel bad", I mean

Almost as emotional as Calgary's game 3 when they blew a 4-2 lead going into the 3rd and then lost in OT. I felt bad for Calgary after that one, and by "felt bad", I mean I really felt bad and wish they could have won..... at least I did at the time.

Now the Flames are a distance memory with no bearing or effect on the playoff and the Flames fans are very sour losers, so what I mean now is regonia n_winesmile:f ighting0021:

I hear the fairways are still a little wet..... how's the sand traps?

Why do the fans of the teams who did not make it as far as the Oilers have to make fun of them for losing one game?

Yes it was emotional. Not as emotional as winning the first round of playoffs or the first 2 games in Anaheim neither of which Calgary seems to be able to manage

... oh yeah sweeping the Shames this year was pretty emotional too.

I can see the BOA is on its way back and the Shames are in their rightful spot ... outside looking in and whining not winnin . Gotta love tradition

Suspect its due to certain posts of the other teams fans.

Wow, you are really grasping at anything and throwing against the wall to see if it sticks. All this extra energy you have must be from not having a team to cheer for. Go plant a garden or work on your golf swing, do something productive with all that energy.

You are right about 1 thing, they are "spoilers". They spoiled the Sharks hopes and dreams and they are about to do the same to the Ducks. But the Oilers didn't spoil Calgary's playoff run (or lack there of), they did that all on their own.

It's okay, I know your frustrated after that loss. It happens. I understand you feel the need to stand up for your team. It's cool. There is still more hockey to be played. Enjoy the bright sunny day. Perhaps head over to the pond and feed the ducks. I have heard it's therapeutic.

You might want to take your own advice, but be careful as I hear those "ducks" can be vicious once they get south of Red Deer!

I'm curious how far the Oilers can go with Letestu being their second highest scorer in the post season.

We already fed them our team. Oh I forgot to congratulate you on joining an elite club. 6 goals for the Ducks in a playoff game is there franchise record. Which they last accomplished in 2015 against Calgary. They seem to be pretty vicious all over the province.
