Smoked Goose or Duck.....plucked....Or jerky?

I'm trying to convince myself that I need to go waterfowl hunting this Fall....any good recipes for whole smoked duck or goose Jerky?

I was given a recipe that is very similar to this and it has been extremely good so far.
