Default Who recycles thier cigsrette butts?

Just noticed this on the inside of my smokes. Sorry for the quality, but it's recyclable through terracycle, not sure where it is, but I think it's a good idea.

I recycle my butts the natural way

step 1- throw butt out window
step 2 - bird eats the butt
step 3 - bird poops on a tobacco plant
step 4 - extra fertilizer contributes to robust harvest
step 5 - harvest and produce my next pack

its the circle of life

Hold your horses you world saving eco dudes.

An average cigarette butt has about 55mg of concentrated nicotine, enough to make a small child very sick.

Technically I think you are actually poisoning those birds, ot making them addicted to nicotine.

Saving the world one butt at a time. That sort of makes you want to lick an ashtray.

no no no

what happens is the birds become addicted to the nicotine and then it makes it even better because then they start looking for them and recycling even more !!!!

the nice thing about the grass fire is that ash is an awesome fertilizer, so it is really a win win

And all the thousands of Volunteer Firemen in the counties get a workout and find out if they are prone to lung cancer, plus the county gets to bill the landowners thousands of dollars for the fire, so win win win win win!

Good beer and a smoke is like heaven. I stopped visiting bars long time ago. Good beer and a cigaret on my patio.

I recycled my cigarette money into guns when I quit almost 7 years ago. Now I have a pile of guns instead of a pile of ash. Wish I'd done it sooner.

Cause many of us don't discard our butts in public.

I believe that the mice put cig butts in the beer cans for insulating purposes and comfort for them . Birds also use them for a nice soft bed for eggs. But birds fertilizing tobacco fields is also a very real possibility. All and all myth is busted. They are recyclable.

Cigarette butts are best put in beer or pop cans, with those cans then put surreptitiously near drinkers of said beverages.

Don't forget to backwash into said beverage can before placing butts in them

Default Disgusting habit

I for one am tired of seeing piles of butts laying around. I am thinking of tossing my used condoms on the street where smokers toss their contaminated waste. About as nasty.

Maybe we need a garbage tax on smokes. Someone can pay for picking the butts up. Can't shoot the idiots throwing them on the ground, so what else can be done to smarten the smokers up?
