Default Bow River - what flies are best this time of year?

Hi,

I am going to be fishing the bow on Saturday. What flies do you recommend?

Thanks,

RMS

flip over a rock or two and try to match a nymph to whatever bugs you find. stones and general imitations might work well

remember to wash your gear and help prevent the spread of whirling disease

Generic patterns have been good for me. San Juan worms and prince nymphs are a good start
