shout out to Barney Sports
I was in a pinch at the start of Aug, I put a good rip into my mountain pants . I called around and couldn't find anything. Then started looking outside of Canada. Found a pair in my size in Alaska. Called them up and they insured I'd have them before I left for my 1st hunt. On the 16th they show up in the mail. (I planed on leaving on the 17th) I opened the package, and they sent me old stock not the new 2016 model. I called them up and asked
"What gives" they said it was 100% there fault and to keep the old pants as a sorry gift and the 2016 model will be in the mail that day. They made the package a warranty replacement so I wouldn't get hit at customs again , no shipping charges etc
So today I got my new pants and still have the other pair
I think they went above and beyond what was required and showed great customer service
