Swedish Korv is meat centric very mild flavour-Pork , beef mixed with onions and potato. Gentle spice of allspice or light nutmeg. Served at Xmas.

Slovak Bobrovecke is reversed mostly potato centric but more highly flavored with addition of ham, mint and smoked bacon. Unique feature is that the potatoes are uncooked before adding to the sausage which means a long slow cook time to serve
