If it warms up and I can get some time, maybe

No one can predict the weather Cat. I have ideas. Any takers? Cheap entry fee, like $25.00. Let's have some fun. If anyone wants to take on this project, than I'd step back. Otherwise, if there are no takers, I'll head it up. Let's go folks, and have some shooting fun for all.

I think I would be into a match. What are the guidelines/rules and details.

Couldn't make the deadline last time IIRC, but I'll make a concerted effort this time!

Ok. in the early stages. I'm thinking a rimfire rifle and a varmint rifle the likes of anything less than .233 bore. I'm also thinking of a group size but also a bull's eye for points. And of course, junior and youth shooters to be included. Two disclipines, off hand and off the bench. I'm very open to suggestions. Let me know what you think. Just trying to put it out there.

Note: I'm still trying to figure out if this will fly. Don't know for sure,, I'd still like to encourage known shooters to participate. New shooters, your kids, your wives, get in on this. It's a bunch of fun.

I will pony up money as I have done in the past I will ask others to
Do the same there is no reason top junior shooter should not walk away with out a rifle.

Just got a new 204, haven't even shot it yet. Maybe a fun way to break it in.

You mean a rim fire rifle and ALSO a varmint rifle .223 or less, right?
I own .223 varmint and .222Remington varmint rifles, but no 204's or 17's, just 22LR.

Count me in , not crazy about anything off a bench though, our range is closed til spring . How about prone off bags or something? And how about throwing in the 17's for rim fire ? Haha how difficult can we make this , what about bullet weights?

Some of us still use the .243 cal's for our varmint rifles.
Does that mean we are out of this round if we don't have a smaller center fire ?

BR is normally under 6mm and 6mm and over , butmaybe we could do it this way?
Rimfire/ centerfire- that way the shooters using the big stuff can still have fun.
What do you think, Gitrdun?
or rimfire/ center fire under 6mm/ center fire over 6mm?
That's quite a few categories however.
