Default Reloader? or what is this?
A friend got this in a recent clean out of old family home. Any idea on what it is and any value? Someone I know thought it was a shell reloader for a Henry Rifle Circa 1890.... Any thoughts are appreciated.

It's for adding a finish ( crimp ) to paper shotgun hulls I have one here somewhere.
