Any chance it’s the same people signing as the last petition, only earlier this time ? I was hoping for two million. I guess we have a while, but it is already slowing down which shows we are running out of angry people.

It took the last Petition considerably longer to reach that point.
While some of what you suggest is likely true, I do believe we will see a fair bit more sign this one.
They actually did it, and methinks many more are now PO'd...
I chuckled a bit as Glen Motz presented E2341 the other day, and got called out for talking about other stuff, mentioning E2374 and saying the two were representing 210,000 irritated Canadians. Think his math was perhaps a bit off, as he said e2374 was at 80,000 at the time. Vid just got posted today on FB.
