Rip cord code red rest and any blackgold sight. With that setup you won't go wrong. I have tried a lot of crap in the last 16 years and that's what I settled on

Wisker biscuts are fool proof and great for starting out. I switched away from one a few years ago and wonder why sometimes when I use dropaways in some hunting situations. If you get a drop away get a full containment one. I use a spott hogg and love it. I have never used a black gold so I can't comment on it. Maybe a price range would help with suggesting some equipment.

I have been hunting with a bow for 20 plus years now, have always used mediokre equipment , want to try the mathews monster line of bows, as for price it doesnt matter, a 500 dollar bow can be just as accurate as a 1000 dollar bow in the right hands. Money wont be a factor on this set up.The wisker biscuit is an awsome rest, very fool proof no moving parts, but these drop aways do have me intrigued, so keep giving out input, the good and the bad on all rests please.

The ultra rest worked well on bows 300 fps or less but when I put it on the new Invasion I was getting fletch contact. Even after spending 3 weeks tuning my bow there is still minimal fletch contact. Bought the tripwire by Octane smooth sailing now. As for the sight the Spot Hogg Hogg It is awesome

if your buying a 1000 bow dont put a $20 whisker biscuit on it..

get a quality drop away, try a limbdriver rest, it is a drop away.

for sights, if you want a multi-pin get a spot hogg.

for a slider single pin get the HHA.
