Default Priority Question

I've always just 999'd my trophy antelope, antlered muley and moose and this year was the first I thought I'd start doing same for cow elk and moose BUT, now I'm thinking one cannot build priority on antlerless of the same species at the same time. Am i correct?

Correct for moose and elk. May be able to still enter for 212 anterless or that may have changed this year.

Default Draw priority

I’m almost positive that you can switch and start building priority on the other classification of draw ( antlered vs antlerless), you may only apply for one or the other, not both.

You can only apply for one moose draw, and other than 212 elk, one elk, in a given year, but you can switch from year to year and have priority in more than one moose or elk draw code.

That's where I got it down to as well. Should have known but never entertained shooting a female anything until recently.

Figured it might be the last chance i get to shoot a moose before the special folks wipe them out in the areas I hunt.

Daughter and I split our draws. When one of us pulls a draw, the other goes along with a general tag. Keeps us going for something on draw every year.
