Thumbs up

Good work Moose, congrats. Glad you waited for a good shot instead of trying one on the run. Mulies most times will eventually stop and look back. Worse part is what your gonna do for the next 3 weeks.

Good job on the Muley's. Obviously you had a great season so far. No empty freezer for wild meat this winter for you guys. Go get those Coyotes now.

Congrats

Nice deer and great story. You write better than 80% of the guys on here. Some could take a lesson from you. Just a couple of questions. What calibre and bullet did you use on you hunt?
Thanks for posting.

Sierra Pro Hunter 100gr SP/41gr Win 760/Fed Mag primer/Win case. Now this is too hot for Savage lever actions and only safe in my gun as it is about 1-2 grains over Max but showing no preasure signs in my Rem 700 and shooting a one holer.Deer just drop like they were electrocuted and 60% bullet left after recovery.Had a bad experiance with Sierra Game Kings with core seperation in a .270 but these have been faultless.Resized 22-250 works fine as well.I prefer the Hornady dies for this job as they have a more tappered expander button than RCBS and so far no case loss. The more I see this gun take deer the better I like it! Harold PS moosehunter3-0's youngest brother nuked a WT doe with it tonight at 125 yards and the only direction it went was down...........
