Default Sylvan anyone?

Any updates on ice or fishing reports from Sylvan? My buddy wants me to take him and his 3 daughters ice fishing Monday. With the derby at Gull today I figured maybe I'd try Sylvan instead. Haven't fished it in 2 yrs. I heard RR23 had been slowish all year.... Not much else.

Norglenwold toward the pier, ice is still 28" but pretty slick so bring cleats.

Stick to 4-8 FOW. Orange w/w with pink maggots for whites and perch. Jig and a smelt for the rest.

Tight lines.

Cheers,

Scott.

Oh yah it's drivable, a bit slushy on top for sure but so long as you don't drive the wife's Camry, you should be just fine. Had the 1 ton and car hauler out there yesterday hauling my shack off, no problems at all.
