Default Zeiss Conquest vs Leopold VX 7

Im looking for some feedback on these scopes. I currently have the Leopold VX 7 in 3.5x10x50. Not displeased with the scope but figure it should have been somewhat better then it is. It hasnt shown me a noticable difference between itself, the Leopold VX 3, and the Nikon Monarch in the same size scope. After owning all three of these scopes, the only significant difference I've seen the VX 7 have over the other two is the price. In other words, I dont feel the value for the dollar is there. So now I'm doing some comparison shopping and have noticed the Zeiss Conquest 3.5x10x50 rifle scope. Wondering if any here have some input, comparisons between the two scopes, first hand experience with each. Im looking for durabitlity (something the Nikon didnt have, great glass, cheap housing. Any bump at all and I'd have to rezero), clearity (Nikon was pretty good here and the Leopolds have the same glass), and great low light values (heres where this high dollar Leopold seems to not have made any advances). Always heard good things about the Zeiss optics, I just have no first hand experience with them. Any input or recommendations are appreciated.

Yea, I had taken a look at that. Thats where I got the idea the Zeiss would outperform the Leopold. I had some doubts about the Leopold prior to seeing that comparison, that just solidified my suspicions. Still looking for someone with first hand experience with the two scopes.

Plummer - I am in the same boat I have a VX-L 3.5X10 but am looking at a Zeiss 4.5x14x44. Hopefully someone on here can answer your question I am interested in the answer also. May have to post it on some other forums to see if one can find an answer.
