Nope, it's a late spring this year!
I can remember a few years ago we started seeding on April 20... certainly not happening this time round.

At Regina beach they used to put a stripped car on the ice whoever could guess the closest time it fell through the ice would win a 50-50 prize sometimes over $50K. My guess was always April 22 at 2:35 PM this year it might be May 22.

I've decided Spring isn't coming, this is the new Ice Age, some far sighted scientists predicted, was on the way. Take that, you Global Warmers.

Not a frog, but this brown was caught on march 31st last year, the shore along this pond was snow free and dry as a popcorn fart.

The same pond currently has over a foot of ice on it and tonnes of snow in the area...and it's a week into April already....

Good thing i got a few days on the Bow last month this is killing me...
