Default mountain whites through the ice

Here's a pattern I tied, mainly for the winter bow but I think it might do the trick for rockies at spray lakes:

And I bet whitefish in general. I'd make some in orange yellow and green as well.

wow very cool the ones i tied doesn't have the extended tail like yours. might have to try your version. thanks for sharing

Absolutely it would work on rockies. Rockies will usually eat any nymph in your fly box, they aren't picky.

I used uni-floss. I might try stretch floss as well. Loosely based it on a red devil
