We are in the county of Paintearth. Switched a year ago. Paying $45/month plus $50/dump. The guy is pretty good, when you need it dumped shoot him a text and its empty next day. As long as it doesn't start to stink we usually get it dumped every few months but we don't throw out much food and the kids are out of diapers so that helps with the smell.
The last place we used for a few years seemed to up their rate every couple months and the dumpster looked like it feel off a truck 20 years ago. Now we have a brand new one that I am scared to scratch when I have to move it.
k so if the rent is around $40 a month (480) ,to empty its $60 and you get it dumped once a month($720) your looking at $1200 a year.
Not bad split a few ways unless the smell is intolerable with once a month empty, or you have a neighbor who is a dick and fills it with his latest reno debris.
