Default Magnum Gun in Lloydminster is for sale :(

I was through town today and I saw a real estate sign up beside. No time to stop in today but I looked on MLS tonight and the building and the business is for sale (MLS# 61867)
Not my favorite gun sore in the city but I still hate gto see any gun store close. Hopefully, they find a buyer for the property and the business and keep it running.

499k for the building. MLS does not say how much for the business/inventory.

I think business has been slow since the downturn and lots of competition in a small city makes it a tough go maybe Prophet river will move in and expand their retail store front. Hint hint

I am only guessing, but I would think the vast majority of Prophet's business is online.

Thus the hint hint

It would be nice to be able to see all the products they sell in a larger store with more parking.

Be interesting to see if it gets sold as real estate or as a business.
