Default Proposal to amend ITAR rules in the US

Hopefully they loosen them a bit. I tried to order an Arcteryx hat years ago and it was ITAR restricted....

If you read the link, taint going to help if you live in Canada as export [permits will still be required.

I'm confident our Liberal gov't will then pick up the slack and create their own new rules to prevent us from importing such evil killing machines such has rifle scopes, sling swivels, various springs and nuts.

It was a previous Liberal government that could have made it easy for the export of firearms, ammunition and components from the USA to Canada, but they chose to make it more difficult.

Being able to buy rifle scopes from the states would be a game changer. Hopefully that comes in at some point.
