Default Cooey model 64 conversion kits!

I have a model Cooey model 64 with a busted plastic clip! Iwas told the plastic clip was only produced for a couple of years and the metal clips do not work in that model! I was told there was a conversion kit available does anyone have knowledge of this!

I phoned a certain gun parts place and they have these conversion kit's but they said 9 out of 10 people cannot do this conversion! he said I should have a gun smith do it! Really how hard can it be?

does the breech, where the clip goes into look like an old key hole. if so it might fit.

if you have not found a kit yet call Sheps Sports in Lloydminster I think he has a few in stock I got one a year or so ago and did the conversion myself. You will have to do a bit of work on the plate that the magazine goes through. Mine I had to grind a bit. It works but it won't win any beauty contests.

If your on Facebook, this guy has a ton of cooey parts. Mark Paste also goes by Markus Cooey Parts. Don't know if he has the conversion kit but don't hurt to ask. I got another name of a guy in Sask that sells them, now I got to find it.
