I got my bison hide done at Western Fur Tannery. It took 18 months to gett it back, but they did a good job. It is 43 sq feet and run around $700. It's now covering my rocking chair. It's hard not to fall asleep sitting in that chair now.
How are bison scored? Horn diameter?
How many shots did it take to put yours down with your 30-06? I put 5, 180 gr nozler accubonds into mine out of a 300 Win. Mag. from about 75 yards.

About the Hide I also took DaJimmers to the Western tanners and I expect it back in a few weeks or so I have been told cost will be around 1400.00 that should have Da Jimmers Bison around 82 sqf the bull was 9.5 years of age and said to be 26 to 27 hundred pounds so sounds like they were similar in size except for ths awsome head gear on your bull he is a great bull. Da Jimmers green Scored 109 and final was 103 7/16. Halfords Prices are about the same I just based my decision on who my taxidermist recommended.
