Howa actions vs rem 700 actions

Just how common are custom Howa's?
Anyone on here with a custom Howa or Vanguard?

I've rebarreled three of them over the years.
2 with Remington barrels and one with a CM A&B or a McGowan...can't remember.

They are simple to work on.
