Lots of sharp people on here, you may want to give them a few more
specs. to work with..
Draw Length
Arrow cut Length
Peak WT (actual draw weight from your scale) not manufactures rating.
Rest type
Release type
Weight on string
Stab
Will use this for Hunting or Target or Both.
etc.

Not trying to be a wise guy, just get you some help.

Draw lenth 29.5"
68 lbs
Whisker buiscuit
Fletcher 44 caliper
Not sure the others.
I shoot targets an 3d for practice but only have taken bears at close range.
From where to where is arrow lenth taken?

Some measure carbon to carbon, some measure middle of the nock to the end of the insert or tip.

Arrow length is from the front of the string to the end of the insert. It's the truest, most consistent measurement. Nocks and insert will vary the length of the carbon slightly.

What are your issues, they should fly well, your problem may be elsewhere, notice the lower poundage, has you bow been spec tuned recently, that will bring poundage back up and plus.

Arrow wobbles on route to target an sometimes stick in crooked..especially with some broadheads..I can see the wobble when I shoot and I don't think their leaving their leaving the bow straight either

That would be your first mission, see how the arrow is leaving the bow and tune arrow to bow, I like to paper train [tune] my arrows to start, the paper tune will tell you exactally what the arrow is doing when it leaves the bow, then there is spine issues, rest issues, idler lean issues, timing issues, clearance issues...etc list goes on.... all to play with to make the broadheads fly...most time its not the arrow itself unless highly overspined or underspined.

I had it paper tuned with the help of Lawrence at cabelas.but just doesn't seen to be right still.had my centre shot set but still had to move my sight to shoot dead on..that doesn't make sence though,if yur arose is lined up straight with yur bow shouldn't it be bang on???i just don't get it.these arrows are old an have been shot hundreds of times.originally for em with my first bow like 12 yrs ago...

Hope this helps, sometimes too much info is not good.

Your arrows appear to be fine here too...

I put the above info into SFA using a 2012 Z7 and set the draw weight to 68 lbs. and
the draw length to 28" with arrows cut to 28.5".
So guessing at the year and model of your Z7 my numbers could be off and the results
above may not be right but should be somewhat close.

Sometimes you get bullets paper tuning but still see bad flight and angled arrows in the
target proving so because of other things like shifting your achor point or twisting the
bow grip at the time of release or your centershot is just not quite right, fletching contact,
drop down timing not set right, nock point too high or low, string stretch after a while.
The list goes on.

Just try to concentrate on 1 thing at a time and focus on the process of elimination.
We are bowhunters we have no money but we are like doctors we have a lot of patients.

Many others have mentioned the spine is good so look to find other causes.
P.S.
Yup, I see your using a WB and not a drop down rest so that's one more off the list unless
you wore it out. If you did it's a good and cheep fix be happy.

29" draw, 68#, spot-hogg hogg-it 5pin with wrap, QAD HD rest, ACC Pro hunters cut to 28.25" and weigh 440gr, new Winner's Choice 8190 string and cable. Use this for hunting and 3D.
