Default Chain lakes south

Anyone been out lately?

Any tips, general area or depth, what’s working?

Thanks.

Pretty much. Orange powerbait seems to be a favourite with these fish. Number 10 hook with a small split shot on the line, at the top of the hook, small lump of powerbait, 10-15ft. Cant really go too wrong with that

How is everyone making out? I’ve been out the last two weekends and have only caught some suckers.. using #10 hooks with a warm and also been using some micro tungsten jigs.

Been using powerbait on size 10 hooks and small jigs and have been skunked.

Talked to a guy today with a camera and he said there are lots down there but they just won’t bite.

Could be a pressure thing? There has been hundreds of people out
