Default Range Finder Binoculars

Does anyone have or use range finder binoculars and if so which brand do you like. I am looking at the Vortex Fury HD 5000, the Sig Sauer Kilo 3000BDX and the Nikkon Laser Force. Any advice appreciated.

Default RF binos

In the price category you have listed I have had the Nikon's for 2 years now. The glass seemed to be better than the fury's. I had my heart set on the vortex till I had them sxs and the electronics of the Nikon's picked up faster and more consistent to further distance. My Nikon's picked up a deer in the Cooley downs south sitting on my tri pod at 1100 just this week. Also the button placement on the Nikon's were more pleasant for my fat fingers

Default Just got Sig Kilo 3000

I just bough the sig 3000 Bino's and used them hunting today. They worked well. It was raining and snowy in southern Alberta today and I was able to range a Coyote at 750 meters in those conditions.

Glass quality is mediocre. I have a set of Vortex Razor Bino's and they are much much clearer.

The ballistics software works very well and I had a shooting solution each time I got a distance reading. That makes them worth the money right there.

Had and sold the geovids
I prefer the zeiss ones

Out of those 3 I’d go with the sig just based on the fact they are Bluetooth

I was in your situation earlier this year.
I went with the Vortex, I could not notice nor justify the extra 2000K worth.
one of the biggest advantages is the warranty they are offering

I just wanted to give an update, I went with the Sig Kilo3000, I am really pleased with them. They are super clear and reads the ranges extremely fast on what seems to be all surfaces, snow, bush, hills, so far I have ranged up to 1200 yards with no issues. I got them for a great price and am really happy with them.

I have the sig sauer BDX combo KILO2200 / Sierra3DBX scope, I have been using the range finder the last couple weeks while out with the boy's helping them fill tags.
I have ranged deer at 980 yards and trees at 1475 and a steel grain bin at 2520, very clear and fast, have the scope mounted and sighted in at 100 yards and the range finder programed and pared with the scope but haven't taken it out to 800 yards yet to see if it needs tweeking, but the range finder is great.

Glad to hear it! RFB are a game changer. I love not having two pieces of paraphernalia hanging around my chest. I bought the vortex fury and have ranged over 4000 yards with them. Pretty neat.

Good top hear the outcome, thanks for posting the update. Have you compared the glass clarity and light gathering with a top end pair of binos yet? Personally, when I looked at the Sig products in the store I didn't find the glass all that good but that was a couple of years ago and they may well have improved the glass a lot.
