Talking got me a new stick

Went out today and purchased some new toys the simms bag along with a Lamson speedster spooled up with the orvise hydros trout line and last but not least my new pride and joy the orvise hellos 2 the 9' 5 wt tip flex.Thanks to the guys at country pleasures for all their help, I will be back.Now if only the weather would improve.I'm stooked

That reel has been on my wish list for a while, and I've recently had my eye on a Helios 2 blank.

Nice set up. Just a word of caution with the hydros line. I bought some and loved it but on a really great day of fishing it fell apart right at the back tapper to the running line. 30 years of fishing never had line fall apart like that. It was a 30 ish fish day. Other then that it is awesome fly line. Casts and mends like a dream even better then my sharkskin
