Default meat smokers

Hi, Santa is wanting to bring one of these for me, but he's not sure where to find the right one. I'm looking for the larger black box type, stands about 4' tall. I have seen them made by Brinkmann, or Great Outdoors, around $150.

Anyone seen these lately, or on sale.

thanks.

Tell Santa you want the Bradley! I have the regular one, and would MUCH rather have the digital. It maintains a more constant temp.

I purchased the Bradley digital 4 rack smoker a while ago and gotta say that it's worth the extra $$$.
The machine works great and being able to set the temp and smoke time and walk away is awesome.
As with any smoker the bottom rack gets a bit more heat so you have to shuffle around a bit.
I sorta wish I would have gotten the 6 rack for more capacity but I can put about 20#s of sausage(make small batches anyway) in at a time and as much jerky as I want to make at a time so it's not too bad.
Overall very happy with the Bradley!

My Bradley's not digital or stainless, but I love the little thing. It's surprising how much stuff you can get in it and it's cool to load it up and forget about it. T'stat works great. Only thing to watch is to keep the "puck" feed mechanism clean and that's simple. While you're at it, check the Bradley website once in a while - they put up all kinds of neat recipes. Their steelhead recipe if you like a cooked smoked salmon is terrific!
