Default Pressure washer problem

I have a BE dirt buster 1600psi pressure that was given to me that won't pressure up when I squeeze the trigger. It is a direct drive gas unit. I pulled the pump apart and cleaned out some mineral build up. Water runs freely through it, all the spring valvles inside move freely and the unloader valve isn't stuck. I cannot figure out what it could be. I'm hoping someone on here may have some insight on this for me.

Alex

Just a guess, but sounds like the pump was froozen at some point and has a small hairline crack in the pressure building sleeves.

Default Trip

I had a similar issue , turned out the wand nozzle tip was partially plugged and when I squeezed the trigger, it would over pressure and trip the pump safety.

Couldnt figure it out for the life of me, took it in to a repair place in Calgary and they figured it out.

Make sure the wand matches the flow of the pump, i aqquired a free gas driven washer that "didn't work". The original wand broke and was replaced with a wand from an electric before I got it, $25 dollars later for the right wand and the pressure washer worked flawlessly!

Thanks for the input. I tried tightening the adjustment spring with no luck. I'll check the wand for obstruction if I get home at a better time tomorrow.
