Default 220 Volt Pressure Washer

I am looking for a 220 volt pressure washer that is not a POS. I don't want a 110 Volt as none of them have the volume to be very effective, and I don't want a gas one as I want to use it inside my shop. I priced out a karcher from acklands but they want $4000.00 for one, and it's not even a hot water model. I was expecting about $1500.00.

Has anyone purchased one recently? Thanks

My parents have a Hotsy 220 V. But it was close to $3000.

Hotsy. Looked at Karcher, no thanks. First hotsy lasted 12 years. Had this one for 5 years now. Won't get much for under $ 5000 though

Yup. Go Hotsy.
Karcher is a plastic piece of junk.
But if you want a 220v with burner it is going to cost you.

Could route exhaust through the wall but gas would add extra noise and I still want it to be portable. My dad has a 220 volt Karcher for about 7 years now and it is far from junk. I don't need a burner I just want volume.

Anyone ever use a "be brand" pressure washer?

That could be but from personal experience. ( we have both) hotsy is better hands down. Maybe it's our local dealer (GP) but service isn't even comparable.

Default Karcher

Karcher makes residential units, like the Canadian Tire , Home Depot ones, but they also make a commercial unit.

Dont confuse the two.

The Karcher service place in Calgary doesn't even work on the residential ones.
