elk tag question

can i get a general elf tag in 417 for rifle, according to the regs i can, but has to be 6 points or greater, ill be hunting whitetail in tat area and there is lots of signs of them in that area, i wouldnt mind going after one seeing ill be there for 3 days

I'd say that they are a "moderate" game. Don't use a gun too big though, you'll knock the little buggers right out of their pointy shoes.

lol u *****s lol, will i just came back, anyways , no deer tho in the freezer, and thanks for the imput about the tag, came acroos lots of elk sign out there but didnt see any, lots of snow too,and unfortantly no elf aswell, i coulda swore i saw one, but wasnt quick enough, they are skidish
