It's 83 degrees Fahrenheit, the fireworks just ended, we are cleaning up a great bbq'd supper and about to go wander around the strip.
Might sleep in tomorrow, let the sun come up before I go fishing on the Waikiki pier

Just finished up on a late night call to rainbow lake, had a cold beer.

Going to crawl in next to the wife ASAP... Hopefully she can keep me warm.

-37 here plus a brisk breeze. I hate winter with a passion.

I looked at my boat tonight and had a real hankering for summer.

Well I started out warming up the bed..........then the silly dog kept barking so I had to get up, get dressed in full cold weather gear, take her out for a walk then convince her it was time to go back in. Get in and get gear off but now house has cooled off so rest of warm stuff is still on me to keep me warm. I think Keg konked out and finally the dog seems to have konked out too...........wondering if some TV is in order or do I need a middle of the night snack or meal? Decisions Decisions Decisions......................

Anything happen to this dog.............that is it no more. I will shoot the darned bears. This cold weather trussing up to go out at O dark whatever hour and freezing my rear end off temps............. is not my cup of tea. I am from the MidEast States..........it does not get this cold there..............and I do not like it. There said it I hate these low temps. Cannot get out so cooped up inside so I don't fall and break something.........gotta go and take fluffy out and hope I don't fall and break something..........YEP wonderful Friday night.

Hunkered down in the control room, would much rather be curled up in bed at home though.

Made jerky Friday night, but shut the Bradley down at midnight. Just fired it back up at 6am, but it is too cold for the puck advance. It won't cycle. So I had a brainstorm,

Sorry, that's on the other side of the island. The mountains in the way bugger it up. Sunsets on the other hand are amazing.
