Heard about it, don't appeal to me none.

I lost interest in drama after my first wife left me for a cheap shoe salesman.

Ain't no way I is gonna support no lazy, stupid, playboy anti hunter neither.

Don't know if anyone on the show is one, ain't seen it, but dollars to doughnuts at least one is. Morn likely over half the crew are.

Only good thing to ever come out of Holey Wood was Norma Jean n shes long gone dead and the bugs what et her are into their ten thousandth generation.

And no, Chinooks are no proof of global warming. I know that was DiCaprio but ain't none of em any brighter.

You gotta let things go Jim

Hanging onto things like that with the intention of hurting the people that wronged you will give you ulcers.
They didnt care about you when it happened sure won't now.

Kostner goes to a fishing camp that is guided by the same guy that got me into salt fishing. As rich as he is I would take him out on my boat for free just to spend a day with the man.

It's about leaving your brain at the door when you sit in your favorite chair and enjoy the story.

Or not lol

Really? Her and Rip are my favorite characters! Kayce, Kelsey and their annoying child are the ones I cant stand. If any of you remember the movie Dazed and Confused, Cole Hauser who plays Rip was in that movie.

RIP is my favorite and I generally hate Hauser.

Teeter is growing on me lol

Tator? Is her name Peter? Lol

I like the kid and Costner scenes. It shows him as being not a completely heartless greedy rich bastard for the entirety of the series.

I have only started season 3 so Teeter has only been shown once. In the beginning of the series I did not like Jimmy the meth head in the beginning but I am starting to like the character now.

I agree
Like I said before the character development is right on.
I think the hatred between Beth and Jamie goes too far though. He is portrayed as this Harvard trained super attorney but cant get 2 words out to his dad to explain what happened? Weak sauce.

Interesting views Ken. I don't find John Dutton greedy as I see him as only trying to preserve what is his. If I was in his shoes I would want the same.

I thought that too, but 300,000 acres, WILL NOT SELL 1 INCH even if he loses everything because of a promise, it's going too far imo.

Dont read past here BBoy, possible spoiler in S3

I also think that the guitar playing cowboy coming back, along with Jamie finally instantly growing a spine is going to play a huge part in S4.
How tough would it be for GPC to have struck a deal with the AG, telling them where all the bodies are hidden, and having cohorts holding proof? He can identify at least a couple of the bodies, he knows method of death and location, which can of course be tied to the Dutton Ranch. It is never mentioned if they are paid by cash or cheque, but guaranteed Dutton would be using the payments as expense, its just all too neat and tidy.
GPC could bring the entire thing down, especially if he ties in with Jamie who has a sudden urge to become a man and not a shaking beaten dog.

I am very interested in S4.

Something occurred to me on Saturday when I saw some landowners with signs along highway 2 concerning resource development.

How many of us do you think find a nobility in the motivation of this character but are not inclined to support Alberta ranchers trying to stop headwaters coal mines in the Oldman drainage?

Wifey and I have knocked out the first 2 seasons on Prime since New Years. Starting season 3 this week. It kinda reminds me of Sons of Anarchy, different groups vying for power. The show has it moments, Dutton being operated on in the vets trailer, the arrival of the cowgirl wrangler, getting driven to the train station....
Its TV, turn your brain off and enjoy.

Can anyone understand what Teeter is saying? I get the gist of it, but they need subtitles.

Ya, it ain't that hard fer me... I spendt lotsa time in 'er neck of da deeesert....

Sounds like a severe south west Texas country accent with an overlay of Louisiana drawl on top. Be glad it's not an Arkansas accent. I've spent lotsa time there too, and I still can only understand about every third word. They're kinda like Cockney in England there.

Not at all, completely on topic! I still prefer the blonde buckle bunny, or Teeter to Beth though.

Season 4 can not get here fast enough. I will have to pace myself though, through cristmas doldrums I crushed 3 seasons in 2 days. Sometimes ff'ing through the Jayce and his wife's boring scenes of her whining and want to move back to the rez.

I liked the buckle bunnies, and teeter. Beth is toxic. Really toxic. However, the spicy activities with her would be crazy. But I'd never be in a relationship with a chick like her.

Yeah. He was good in Open Range. He and Robert Duvall made that movie. Duvall's character was the same kind as he played in the original Lonesome Dove movie. Another good western for those that haven't seen it.

I have to disagree. Beth would be awesome to date, just as long as you never got on her radar.
