Entries for fish can taken to Ted at Marksmen Guns and Sports as he has a scale and an entry book there. Otherwise, get a hold of the fish chairperson or some other executive member and they can meet you at the clubhouse to enter a fish. You can also get an official Alberta Fish and Game entry from their website and use that to enter the Lethbridge clubs competition. Just remember to have the fish weighed on an official "legal for trade scale" and have it witnessed.
For birds; during the season, get a hold of the bird chairman or just like above, enter it like the fish entries.
For photography, get a hold of the chairman to find out when the deadline for entries is and how to get your to them.
As for big game, measuring day is usually the first Sunday in January at the Lethbridge clubhouse. Bring your entry and your applicable tag / licence info and it will be scored and entered that day.
