Was upland hunting in the Brooks/Hays area last week. Was working with a new dog and was in the field directly to the west of the Brooks Sporting Clay range and the Pheasant company. Found a brand new e collar, so, on the long shot, if you know someone who lost a collar in this area, please get back to me. All they need to do is tell me the make and model and it is theirs.
