Default 2nd Year Elk Hunting

This is will be my second year hunting Elk and I am heading out tomorrow for two days. The area during the rut had Bulls and cows but just talking with the land owner, he has only seen the group of cows yesterday. So would have any of the bulls stuck around or would they have taken off since there job is done?

Thanks!!!

I think you will find them somewhere as they will be around next year too. Around here they are mostly off on their own but I saw a herd yesterday with a decent bull still with the cows.
