Default Info on ziess hd5 3-15

Looking for opinions on these scopes have looked through them but want real world opinions . Was thinking of putting one on a 17 HMR thank you.

I have one on my 257 wby, glass is top notch for the price range.

My zeiss have replaced my leupolds. I would say that for the price, I am more than satisfied. They track well box test great. Zoom adjustment is a little tight but I like that standard reticle is nice, etc. All round good for me.

I have six of them, all the lockplex version. The optics are very good, they track true, and I like the lockplex turrets. Wholesale Sports has the lockplex on clearance.

I'm exactly the same as this guy, I still have three vx3's but all new stuff is Zeiss, I don't find them as "pretty" as the Leopold and those flip up lens covers on a Leopold are great but the Zeiss is easily a better, clearer scope than my 3's
