Crestliner boat ignition

I'm hooking up a three prong ignition and was unsure of the wireing sequence for the ignition purple wire red / yellow and a light red one anyone done this or has a link to a site

best would be to get the manual for your motor and it should show the wiring.

You don't give a lot of information to go on. Is it an inboard or outboard, what brand, how old is it? The best thing to do would be to use a multimeter and trace the wires so you know what is going on.
