Found this at "Michaels" for $25
Just thought some of you might like it or be interested in getting one?
It's very handy.

Wish they ran a decent web site, I'd probably buy a lot there.

Now I have a reason to actually go into Michaels, as I usually sit outside while my wife gets her things in there. The rack looks to be what I want for my rod wrapping threads

Lornce, do you know where I might find some bulk larval lace or some such material for chironomid bodies. I bought some from the fly shops and like it but it is stupid expensive from them. When I ordered my super floss from China I thought I was ordering the lace, it worked out alright because I use it, but I would like to find the thin lace material.

There was a flyer at the beginning of the year in my staff room.

Teachers get 15% off 365 days a year. So just find a teacher friend. I may just have to go into a Michaels now.

cheers

The best part about having a teacher "friend" is if you don't get it right the first time, she makes you do it again.

The color stuff or clear? Micheal's has big spools of a product called "Stretch Magic" an opaque material (its for beading) that looks like L Lace and will show color through (put down a layer of color floss or ribbing first). It comes in two sizes, check it out.
