Default 730 Waters

Hey there, any one out there have a 730 Waters?
I'm being haunted by this cartridge and have always wanted another lever gun but felt the calibers offered weren't up to par.
I assume I could rebarrel a model 94 to make one.

Had one in the past on a Ruger 1 action. Very competent round, just like FPS's suggestion of the 30-30 AI. Issue with all of them when you try to use them in the model 94 is the tubular magazines. The increased velocity is rapidly offset by the flat or RN bullet design. To get the best effect from them I would look at doing one on a Savage 99, Winchester 1895 etc. Check the 2 and 300 yard ballistics on them with RN bullets and you will see what I mean.
