Default Rifle value

I have been eyeing a Carl Gustaf 1900 deluxe grade 3 in 7mm I found for sale. The rifle appears by pictures to be in excellent condition. Does anyone have an idea what fair market value of this rifle would be? I have a similar Husqvarna in 270 (not a Carl Gustaf) so I know they are a good rifle but have had mine for over 40 years and have no idea on value.

Without seeing it, but you mentioning that it looks to be in excellent condition, I'd ballpark it at around $7-800.

I have one identical. If you can pick it up for less than $1200.00, I suggest you buy it. They rank as one of the best production rifles ever built, including Sako. Good Luck with it.

I have one from the early 70's that the guy told me had been fired three times. from the condition, I think I believe him. it's in 30-06 and I might be persuaded to part with it

from what I've been able to find, 1200 would be a steal

Sorry, I didn't notice the grade 3 part. I'm with Salavee.
