Default Resole waders

Hey guys,

New to fishing, inherited some old neoprene waders.

Was out in the river the other day working on my cast and the felt bottoms came off (old glue).

I went to wholesale sports and they don't have anything to repair the bottoms of the boots or replacement soles.

Was going to look online and order something but I'm not sure what to get.

Any opinions?

I'd almost look at using something different, I would suspect that with whirling disease making its way around felt soles may be banned before too long

Since you went to Wholesale, I assume you're either in Edmonton or Calgary.
Edmonton - The Fishin' Hole has replacement soles
Calgary - The Fishin' Hole there has soles, as do many of the fly shops in town.

I'm in Lethbridge. They have those fancy clip on soles for the new style fishing boots but nothing else. I'll check out fishing hole when I'm
Up there next.

I was thinking of buying a vibram low tread sole off amazon, I did read that there is a risk with disease due to the felt.

Any of these will work and it's easy enough to do. If you need guidance, let me know.

the canadian priced kits seem expensive, but with the american sites you still have to pay exchange, shipping and duty. You don't end up saving much.
