Default Denali and Wilderness lodges.

I'm capping off an Alaskan cruise with my wife in June with 4-5 days at the Princess cruise Wilderness and Denali Lodges.
I'm thinking about booking an all day Salmon trip from the Wilderness lodge and a 5 hour Grayling trip from Denali.
Has anyone ever done this? What should i hope for at that time of year?
Both excursions include equipment, etc, but I was hoping to go out on my own as well for a couple hours. Is it worth bringing my fly gear? Any suggestions on flies?
Thanks in advance
