Default CZ 550 Full Stock

As I sit in the Stollery watching my boy's sickness play out, the symptoms of my own addiction is rearing its ugly, ugly head. I keep hearing voices screaming, "Get a new gun! Now!!!"

Have any of you ever had a CZ 550 FS? Or known someone who has?

Thoughts and impressions please, so I can silence these dang voices that won't leave me alone

Sorry to hear about your young fellow and I wish there was something I could do for you in that area. Our thoughts are with you.

I do however know the cure for the CZ 550 full stock problem. Go to the nearest retailer and fondle the Sako Bavarian. You will never think about the CZ again.

Just silenced the voices! Left the hospital and went for a drive to P & D to lay eyes upon and handle the gun.

Voices have gone for good. Action was nice and smooth, however the stock was as plain as a dark-stained Home Depot 2x4. Fit and finish also left much to be desired.

On another note, man there is no powder! Hopefully someone will get a edmonton and north powder buy started.

Whoa my bad. This is what happens when you don't sleep enough.
I was handling a couple CZ550s yesterday - one in 505 gibbs and one in 375 H&H and they were pretty nice! The 505 had really awesome wood, but it needs awesome wood for a gun that costs over $4k.
