WMU324/326 Black bears

Anyone seen any bear activity in these zones, decent population??

wmu 326 has a pretty decent population of bears, i was out on tuesday seen 2 sets of tracks but they didnt show themselves. things will start heating up fairly quick the weather has been pretty nice and the cutlines are starting to green...

Thx brewski, put on some serious miles today in both, didnt see a dang thing, or tracks...might giver another go later on. On the bright side, lots of deer, moose, and elk, that all looked in great shape after the long winter!

Have hunted 326 quite a lot, shot 1 there in 2000, the only one I have ever seen there. My brother shot 1 there in the 90's

I sure hope so! I'm trying for my first bear and that's where I'll be!

I've taken 3 bears in 326 since 2005 so they are around, them see to be a little timid of the roads, if you can get out on some cutlines etc you are more likely to find them.
