So I get a text Saying Bell customers. we over charged1 year payment and also SaskTel, virgin, kudo please link.. ya right gonna do that. so because looked like it came from Bell Mobility I called them to give Infor. She said sorry you not customer cant help you, but I said this linked Bell to web site in message don't you want the info and number that showed on my phone? Sorry sir you not customer cant help you. So I said this is why I would never be a Bell mobility customer ….CLICK.. phone call ended..

Sorry sir.... was over your head. There is an obvious language barrier with over the phone representatives. Can be very frustrating for both parties. Sheeesh. Not surprised I had to type that out in long form though....
