Tell me you saved the eggs from that burbot!!!! I want to try making some salted style of caviar from burbot....suppose to be better, according to the Russians, than beluga caviar which is like 200per ounce. Putting on the ritz....or what ever cracker I can find.

This time around I did not save the egg's my bad

If I get into any more I will though.
