Default Yet another great day on the water yesterday.

Had another great day on the water yesterday. The Perch are anilmals. Caught them on buggers, caught them on dry flies, caught them on nymphs could not keep them off.

We have all been here. Hold up your catch for a pic. One second everything is fine... The next.... She gone...

Another one the of the heart stopping antics of the elusive flying trout. I almost dove in after her.

And cant forget the bucket O perch.. Was well over a hundred of them tasty little guys in there by days end.

Great pics, nice way to catch bows but can you catch perch on dry flies?

I did not think so. But them perch are not normal in there. I could not believe it but they were going after my dry. Ended up with 3 of them on the dry.

You may want to pick up another pet. Yours has come to a rather delicious end. I assure you it went smothered in butter and lemon.

We used to catch perch on big bivisables in Minnesota along with sunfish but yes you can
