It is. I can barely look people from other countries in the eye since he got in. And some people are all over that! Talk about misinformed. Reminds me of our other embarrassing Justin. And the really sad thing is, out of the two with zero qualifications, if I had to pick one for PM.... I would be a Belieber...

Maybe.

A previous leader was criticized all the time for controlling exposure yet the current leader isn’t questioned about it?

See post#6.

I emailed the PM about a week ago with no response and then emailed the Liberal Party HQ. The HQ got back within a couple hours and gave me another email address (MP Kent Hehr). Next thing I got an email from the Liberal Party asking for a donation so I guess I am blessed with being on their mailing list....for a short time.

I emailed Kent Hehr and his Assistant got back relatively quickly stating they did not know at this time if the Prime Minister was making any stop in Calgary.

Kind of weird one of his Ministers wouldn't be informed...more Political BS.

So apparently I am on a list for approval should Prime Minister Trudeau make a stop in Calgary.

Default The tolerant at work.

The woman who told Prime Minister Justin Trudeau she could barely afford to eat after paying her carbon tax and hydro bills now says she’s been receiving threats online.

Kathy Katula, the 54-year-old mother of four and grandma of three, said after she was featured in the Toronto Sun about her Peterborough townhall appearance with Trudeau on Friday, trolls and haters have been flooding her Facebook wall with negative comments.

There were so many, she called 911 Sunday morning, fearing strangers would show up to her Buckhorn, Ont., home, 30 kilometres north of Peterborough.

“I’ve been trying to block people, so they can’t get into my Facebook,” she said Sunday. “There are people all over the place who think I’m hired by a politician and I’m a criminal committing fraud. There are things on there you couldn’t imagine in your wildest dreams.”

Katula told Trudeau she was a disabled personal support worker putting in 15 hours a day, paying $1,200 on hydro a month and a $900 mortgage. She asked how he was going to ensure the carbon tax would not penalize those who can’t afford to pay more.

“That was pure from the heart what I did the other day,” she said. “I wanted to go to church this morning and I was afraid to go out of my house.

“Someone thought I was lying about my electricity bill — they were going to come and get the reading from my meter at the side of my house,” added Katula. “Some of my kids are American living in the States and they don’t even want to acknowledge their mother right now because of what could happen.”

Police told her there wasn’t much she could do unless someone trespasses on her property.

“They said unless someone makes a threat on me or my life, then I’m just a citizen,” she said. “And that right now, I have to live with and accept.”

The Sun received e-mails from readers who were supportive of Katula’s plight — some even offered to donate money to her.

But as a self-made woman, Katula said she’s not interested in hand-outs.

“I didn’t do any of this to collect charity,” she said. “Everything I have, I worked for.”

I don't see anyone complaining about things that they can control.

Would the same thing apply to seniors that go to casinos then complain about the government not supporting seniors enough?

Scary indeed. This is what happens when religious zealots take over government. They ignore science to implement their fanatical beliefs. This is why they can so easily call for the imprisonment of people for the simple act of disagreeing with them.

These fanatics are scary and very dangerous. People should be paying very close to these zealots before they get voted in again. Their fascism is only getting started, and will certainly get worse as they get more and more desperate to silence their detractors.

And it amuses me how easy it is for NDP to implement this idiotic policy with overwhelming disapproval of it by the people.

funny how sensitive we are to linguistics, jokeingly say to these newbies to Alberta if your going to call electricity hydro because its made with water....then bread should be called flour...
and yet we can quick to notify a poster about the misapplied use of the word bullet and a cartridge ...or a magazine and clip.
now, back to the original threaad
