fish art
Ive been doing some fish in 28 G steel, thought Id post up a couple pics. also going to post some in the buy and sell. I was going to do all the Alberta fish for my wall, but got laid off so I am putting some up to hopefully make a bit of cash too.

Hey, it's nice to hear from you again. Your metal art is getting better all the time. About time you did a trout. OPPS make that a Steelhead (which is bassically a trout on steroids).

Nice work. I like the lingcod. How long is the sturgeon going to be?
Are you only going to make the gamefish? The whole collection of Alberta's 63 fish would be a nice touch.

I did a couple smaller sturgeon, I have one to do still and maybe eventually id try a bigger one yet. maybe someday I will get my collection done for myself, have to eat til then and pay bills unfortunately. anyone know any rich widows with a bad heart?

you really cant see the details well in photos, I will have a table at the TU gear swap in Calgary in April if anyone wants to see them in person. really enjoyng doing them, even though I should be out wrangling real fish right now!

Art looks great Wayne. Well done. When is this trade/swap show in April in Calgary you speak of. I'll be up that way I think the 15th-17th.
Anyway, sorry to hear about layoff, I'll come find you this spring/summer and make a girly fish purchase and perhaps leave you with a pic for a much bigger project for this winter if you're up for the challenge and have the time.
Less work means more time to fish. Always look at the brighter side of life. I know you know this. Very cool you've discovered a talent you are quite good at and only getting better at. Hats off buddy!
